3. Crystal Connections: using stones to tap in!
Cool combo of “Central Constellation” Crystals – what we Meditate around, and are “informed” by – during our in person Meditations. These crystals are all about various points of connection, let me explain each, and how. JADE epitomizes our soothing connection with Mother Earth. PYRITE CONCRETION connects us to Spirits within the earth. AQUAMARINE FLUORITE is a form of connection to the Subconscious, but is specifically associated with the deep sea, and experiencing the archetypal universe or spirit world not so much as above, in the heavens, but below, in the ocean. LEPIDOLITE is all about human connection – to those we love – and those we don’t. It’s about that proximity, that emotional liminality or borderline, between us and others. But during the actual meditation, we discovered more, it can be a connection to our past and our potential. I’m feeling pretty optimistic right about now – a lot of us have finally exhaled since the release of the hostages – but so much other drama is afoot that I can understand stress levels being high. Do what you can to enjoy the season. And savor the moments of life you’ve been given!
