In-Person Crystal Meditation with Kyle Russell at the Portal Crystal Gallery

Join our intimate in-person Meditations – led by Kyle Russell of Crystal Concentrics – in our dedicated subterranean Sound Healing and Meditation Room. We begin with a Body Meditation for Grounding into our Selves – and then we journey through a progression of stones exploring universal themes – finally focusing back on which stones and energies will be of most use to each individual meditator as they face the coming weeks. We keep our eyes closed the whole time – and ask that folks keep any vocalizations (sighs, sniffles, etc.) to themselves – except for the 2 to 3 times we are invited to take turns sharing. Sound is a recurrent theme – we use frame drums, bells, brass bowls – and a set of 10 crystal bowls throughout the experience.

Please allow time for travel and parking, so you can arrive on time at 7pm. Kyle may not open the door until then. We like to begin fairly promptly – and since we meet on another floor – we prefer not have to interrupt the session for late comers.

Cost is $48 – but goes down to $32 – if you prepay $96 for 3 consecutive Meditations. Our goal is to incentivize integrating these Meditations into your routine.
