I really hope that I can make at least one, if not both days of this event. I have been so out of the loop for a couple of years, just trying to catch up on everything and I don’t know if this is brand new to the trade show or has been here for a while, but either way, it seems like something that my jewelry students and I are completely in the need of. I am always fritzed out, but I have never seen my “core group of students” already stressed out to the nth degree at this time of the year. Every time that I think that I am beyond my own capacity to “handle one more thing, I learn that with two more “all-nighters,” anything is possible. But when your nights are never used to Turing Off the Brain, then it has to be retrained to focus on other things in the first place.Like I already mentioned, I was very surprised to find my entire class, come together after a couple of months of being in hiatus and have almost every single one of them walk in the I think that it is a reflection upon our unhealthy social, community, as well as personal(all incompassing: physical, mental, financial spaces

I wonder if you made it to the Expo? I spoke there Sunday morning, it was great! I also have my new Crystal Card deck out (80 Crystals represented!).

Anyhow, I recall that you’ve got a long history of putting LOTS of energy out there, and into everything you do, Michelle.

It would be good to take some time to “turn off the brain,” might I suggest my Meditation coming up Wednesday, December 12th (see calendar section of this site).

I also have an online Meditation happening Sunday, Dec. 16.

Take care, Happy Holidays, and have a wonderful New Year!
