At just 1 inch tall, this small Buddha has a lot of charm and feeling expressed, particularly nice in real Jade from Canada (carved in China). It would be equally comfortable in a pouch or on an altar. Jade - specifically Nephrite Jade - is what we call the Mama Earth stone, representing the embrace of Mother Nature. A small piece of putty was used for extra stability during photography (you'll see it peering out), it's flat bottomed and stands perfectly on its own.
