After years of leading Crystal Meditations – albeit only for the in person versions – I’ve long incorporated sound. Now I’m making it official that I offer a Sound Bath Healing Experience as part of these Meditations (necessarily). It started with a brass bowl, then I added a frame drum and some hand-held bells. Then came the full peel 10 Crystal Bowl set and rain drum. And now the Tongue Drum’s joined the party. So I can’t NOT call it a Sound Experience, even though Crystals are the key and primary ingredient. In this video, I explain the pairs I picked out for my attendees: Dragon Quartz & Red Laser; Smoky & Jadeite; Kunzite & Emerald; Ventifact & Jet.
