BUYING from our STORE and WEBSITE(s)

We are very proud of our physical and virtual stores! They’ve taken years to develop, with MUCH trial and error. Let us know if you find any “bugs” that need repair, or if you have an suggestions on how we might improve your user experience!

Our Portal Crystal Gallery (open 7 days: 1-4pm) website and info’s now located here – on our “mother” site Portal Crystal Gallery storefront’s site – as www.CrystalConcentrics.com is our primary global branding site.

One of the most powerful features you’ll find is that we group all items according to various Category types, online and in our storefront, including use of our founder Kyle Russell’s 10 Energy Zone system, which you can learn about at his book landing page here. While most of our product is offline, we’re uploading new items as often as possible, and you can explore our vast back stock by emailing Kyle@CrystalConcentrics.com to learn more about our Quality Custom Crystal Mail Order (and in store) concierge service.

A subset of the products featured here are showcased through our Crystal Concentrics shops on eBay and Etsy, but you’ll always find the most complete selection here on CrystalConcentrics.com.


We have a built in basic shipping and handling fee added to all orders – which is meant to cover mailing costs in the U.S. and abroad – as well as ancillary expenses, like packaging, tape, and trips to the US Post Office (our favorite) or other carriers. We may contact you for additional coverage, as postal costs keep rising.

All packages are shipped First Class and without Signature Required, unless otherwise agreed. We’ll endeavor to contact you with the Tracking information, though International shipments are generally not tracked beyond the U.S. Please be advised that shipments out of the U.S. also require us to fill out customs forms, for which we need your phone number.

When sending anything to us, please do NOT send to our physical store address, be sure to include Kyle Russell in the TO section, and use our P.O. Box 440263, Somerville, MA 02144 (USA) mailing address.


We accept all types of cards on and offline, cash and ApplePay, Venmo and CashApp, as well as PayPal commercial or Friends and Family. You do not need to have a PayPal account to check out. Simply click on “pay with a credit card here” to check out easily. Contact PayPal directly if it proves challenging (888-221-1161), or email Kyle@CrystalConcentrics.com to explore other alternatives.

Mailing a check is perfectly acceptable, you can also send Money Orders, but do so again to our Mailing Address ONLY: Kyle Russell, PO Box 440263, Somerville, MA 02144.


We do accept non-refundable deposits and are open to considering payment plans for in-store or online purchases, in case you don’t have all the funds currently available. We prefer payment to be completed within 1 month, or in any case, no layaway transactions should extend beyond 6 months. If you fail to contact us or make any alternate arrangements, you WILL lose any funds put down.


We strive for 100% satisfaction, knowing that we can’t please everybody. To that end, we work extra hard on the “front end” to provide requested images, details, and testimonials regarding what kind of purchase or experience you can look forward to. We welcome your Questions and pride ourselves in the speed and thoroughness of our accommodating communication skills. As a result – once you’ve made your purchase, we have an All Sales Final policy on products and event registrations. When you choose items to buy, please make sure they’re completely to your liking before your purchase. Likewise, because we can’t make up for lost promotional time, if you’re unable to make an event, we’re unable to refund you for any events you’ve registered for. That being said, if there are any other assurances we can give you before you buy, we’ll be happy to!

If you’re buying a gift or think you may need to return an item for any reason, make sure to get Kyle’s approval for any exceptions in writing beforehand. Any such returns will be for store credit only, not for cash or the return of any funds to your credit card. A restocking fee of up to 30% may be withheld, exclusively at our discretion, should we accept any returns.

In addition to all the above, for hygienic reasons, we do not take back jewelry as a rule. We cannot be responsible for breakage of any bracelets, pendants, etc. once they leave the shop. We check your items before we mail them – and you should too, before you leave our shop – if the item is in saleable condition, all the above applies.

Part of the reward of our group offerings, is public Sharing, as we believe each attendee has something to contribute (and learn from) every other attendee at our events. You also agree – particularly if an event is going to be made available to others electronically (such as our webinar replays, including your Q&A’s) – to allow us to post Comments and Replies. This is true on Facebook and YouTube, where we often use Quotes as Testimonials as inspiration for Blogs and teaching moments. At in person events, we also occasionally take photos, to show what they’re like (and you agree to having your photo taken in that context). As a presenter or if offering video testimonials, we may film and post videos of you individually, particularly presenter invitations to prospective attendees to sign up. If initially approved, and without any immediate written objections, you agree to allow us to post your video through our channels promotionally, going forward.
