Naturally standing. Moldavite is “the Messenger Stone from On-High” inviting high-frequency energy into your life. Moldavite was formed 15 million years ago from a meteor impact – exploding this blended earth and space material up into the sky – most of which landed in the Czech Republic. It’s the only green AND gem quality (facetable) tektite on the planet. It’s also not actively mined – particularly from this coveted Besednice community – where the ground water’s worn it in a unique and spiky fashion. There is a ‘mirror’ or ‘unsealed’ exposed glassy area along one side of it, but the dramatic standing (I think) more than makes up for that).
