We are very proud of our new online store, it took 8 months and an expert tech team to develop! We've moved it from our Power Stone Crystals site to our main site, right here on www.CrystalConcentrics.com.

One of the most powerful features we offer is the ability to see all items grouped by Category - not just by type of stone - but metaphysically as well.

The several hundred scrollable items are a fraction of our OFFline stock, the entirety of which is housed at our storefront: www.PortalCrystalGallery.com, in Arlington Center, MA.

It used to be, you could only place dibs on an item, 'cause we had to search to make sure it wasn't out at a show. Now we've segregated all our online product, and even if it's at a show, we are in a better position to promise delivery. Generally, we'll have your item out in the mail (USPS w/Tracking) within days, but travel can sometimes mean a delayed trip to the Post Office. Your patience is always appreciated!

In fact, we are available 24/7 by email and phone to resolve any issues.

A subset of the products featured here are showcased through eBay and Etsy, but you'll always find the most complete selection here on CrystalConcentrics.com. Amazingly, our system is set up such that if an item sells on one platform, it's taken down from all platforms simultaneously, avoiding the risk of a double order on the same product.

Uploading to the site (or texting/emailing you) can be more time consuming that simply showing you (and updating) albums on Facebook - where we have several Pages (CrystalConcentric & PowerStoneCrystals) - as well as a Secret Crystal Buyers Group...so it's good to be able to connect through Facebook.

CUSTOM ORDERS (our specialty!)

Because we go through so much product, and lack the time to upload everything to our site(s), it's best to reach out to us directly (Kyle@CrystalConcentrics.com) with your inquiries. If you like a specific type of stone - say natural Citrine, Sugilite or Jade - let us show you what we've got in stock right now! We've got a hundred times more material "live" than appears online. A few photos (and the occasional video), and we'll have your custom selected items off to you in the mail pronto.


We have a built in basic postal fee added to all orders, which covers mailing in the U.S. We may contact you for additional coverage on packages that weigh over a pound, as postal costs have increased.

Each item is custom boxed with good padding, and personally taken to the U.S. Post Office, our preferred mail carrier. We tend to avoid UPS, DHL and other carries, because they're much less convenient to get to and work with.

All packages come with Tracking and International shipments may be tracked until they leave the U.S.

Some countries offer further tracking all they way through delivery. We've found International First Class and/or Priority generally cost $25 on small packages, up to $50/$100, which you should be prepared to pay (in order to get your items safely to you). We may consider FedEx or other carriers, if you have good history with them. But we have never lost any international shipment using the USPS.

Please be advised that shipments out of the U.S. also require us to fill out customs forms. Our overseas buyers often ask us to under-declare the box value, so they can avoid undue customs fees when collecting their items.

When sending anything to us, please do NOT send to our physical store address, be sure to include Kyle Russell in TO section, and use our P.O. Box 440263, Somerville, MA 02144 (USA) mailing address.

IN-PERSON SHOWINGS (our showroom)

If you're in New England, or willing to make the journey, it's well worth it! We've got thousands of specimens in all key varieties - including rarities of Quartz and otherwise - waiting to be seen. Our showroom is big and bright, with items easily seen and attractively displayed according to our 10 Energy Zone category paradigm.

We're open 7 days a week - 5 hours a day (12-5pm daily) - but if your situation merits it, we're happy to arrange a private showing for you.


This is absolutely possible. You do not need to have a PayPal account to check out. Simply click on "pay with a credit card here" to check out easily. Contact PayPal directly if it proves challenging (888-221-1161), or email Kyle@CrystalConcentrics.com to explore other options.


Mailing a check is perfectly acceptable, you can also send Money Orders.


We do accept non-refundable deposits and are open to considering payment plans for in-store or online purchases, in case you don't have all the funds currently available.


We strive for 100% satisfaction, knowing that we can't please everybody. To that end, we work extra hard on the "front end" to provide images, details, and testimonials regarding what kind of purchase or experience you can look forward to. We welcome your Questions and pride ourselves in the speed and thoroughness of our accommodating communication skills. Therefore, we have an All Sales Final policy on products and event registrations. When you choose items to buy, please make sure they're completely to your liking. Likewise, because we can't make up for lost promotional time, if you're unable to make an event, we're unable to refund you for any events you've registered for. That being said, if there are any other assurances we can give you before you buy, we'll be happy to! If you're buying a gift of think you may need to return an item for any reason, make sure to get management's approval of any exceptions in writing beforehand.

This is true on Facebook and YouTube, where we often use Quotes as Testimonials as inspiration for Blogs and teaching moments. At in person events, we also occasionally take photos, to show what they're like (and you agree to having your photo taken in that context). As a presenter or if offering video testimonials, we may film and post videos of you individually, particularly presenter invitations to prospective attendees to sign up. If initially approved, and without any immediate written objections, you agree to allow us to post your video through our channels promotionally, going forward.
